WWFH Urges Members of the Senate Health, Education Labor & Pensions Committee to Oppose Legislation Weakening IP Protections

We Work For Health Executive Director Dan Leonard sent a letter to Senate HELP Committee members ahead of a June 17 mark-up of legislation that will have broad implications for U.S. innovation, patient access and national security.


Lawmakers were urged to reject proposals that could expose sensitive IP, increase litigation, undermine patent certainty, and weaken the innovation ecosystem.
